The Begining
BA Software Inc’s journey began in early 2019 when Milan Rao, a seasoned NetSuite expert, started offering consulting services to small and mid-sized companies. At that time, he was unsure where this venture would lead him.
The Challenge
In 2020, our existing clients were so impressed with our work that they referred us to their former employers and colleagues. At the start of 2020, BA Software Inc was still a one-man operation. However, when Milan secured several large clients, it transformed the company’s trajectory. This led to hiring additional resources to meet the growing demand, while also considering the long-term impact of rapid expansion.
The Vision
In 2021, BA Software recognized the need for a clearer vision to stay ahead of the competition. We began asking ourselves critical questions: What do we offer that others lack? What problems are we solving both in the short and long term? How can we elevate our company to the next level? Through brainstorming, we concluded that we needed to develop a product specifically designed to address NetSuite challenges.
The Nightmare
In 2022, we initiated the expansion of our professional service team to aid our venture in product development. While executing the plan, it became evident that our product effectively addresses numerous NetSuite challenges. However, within BA Software, there was a lack of expertise in product creation. Despite facing skepticism and rejections from the industry, with many outside vendors outright stating “It’s impossible,” we refused to lose hope. Instead, our team embarked on a journey of learning new concepts, ultimately devising a strategy to tackle the challenges and initiating the Proof of Concept phase.
The Execution
In 2023, amidst the ongoing expansion of our professional service team, we encountered several challenges in our product development journey. Particularly during the proof of concept phase, we labored diligently and managed to navigate through successfully. This achievement brought immense relief, fueling even greater motivation within our product team to proceed with the execution. The demonstration of the proof of concept was marked by a plethora of joyful emotions, and upon its completion, we gained a clear understanding of how to proceed with product development, benefitting the NetSuite Community.
The Introduction
In 2024, our professional service team expanded alongside our business growth, while our product team successfully wrapped up the initial phase of product development. Our team has created Brilliance AI, which allows NetSuite user to create a code based on business requirement. The product enables businesses to save time and resources, enabling them to concentrate on core priorities. Brilliance AI has filed its inaugural patent and is presently in the beta phase. The beta phase is anticipated to conclude by the commencement of the third quarter.
